(gave her my request) Sam: Sure, for the vehicles and the trailer? Me: You already know who this is? You didn't ask me for anything! (Insert shocked look on my face) Sam: I have you on caller ID. Me: Oh, wow! Sam: Hehe Me: Hehe... you are so sweet and helpful. (She was still training and was quick to figure it out.) I told I was impressed and was going to write her a review. She chuckled and said "thank you". So, here's my review of Sam at the Tim Harvey branch of State Farm in Battle Creek. She was sweet, professional, and fast. Thank you!"

"WOW, let’s start by saying whoever Chris is he should’ve been fired YESTERDAY, I called and got motorcycle insurance mid October and talked to a woman (don’t remember the name but very knowledgeable , pleasant experience) and I told her I wanted my insurance taken out the 20th of every month. A week goes by and I get a random text from somebody saying that they needed more knowledge about an accident (that wasn’t my fault) I had 2 years prior. I told them what the needed to know and they were going to pass it on (to the underwriter I believe not 100 sure), a week later I get a letter saying my insurance has been cancelled, so I call and talk to Chris and he assures me that I still have insurance and that it’s the underwriter’s (?) fault and he would get back to me later in the week (never did). I then get a bill saying that my insurance is due (I believe) Nov. 8 even though I said I wanted my billing date to be the 20th so I call Chris again and he said don’t worry it’s billing’s fault. A week later I get a refund check for the amount of insurance that I didn’t use because I was cancelled so I call Chris AGAIN and he said it was something to do with billing and software that I still had insurance. I told him he had the week to call me back and figure it out (never called back). 10 working days later after that call and not hearing anything back I went to the business at noon and the office was closed until 2:45 that day so I called about 3 hours later and talked to Chris AGAIN and told him that my payment didn’t come out on the 20th of Nov and he said don’t worry it’s billing and you still have insurance. After that I never made contact again. It’s now Dec 4th still no payment still no contact. Just unbelievably awful run branch, take your business elsewhere."
